We provide administrative, maintenance and support services to departments and agencies at the Catholic Pastoral Centre to ensure safe work environments and smooth office operations on a daily basis.
Key Areas
Administrative & Support Services
Respond to and re-direct enquiries to the appropriate department or agency that best assists callers and visitors.
Coordinate and provide printing, photocopying, mailroom, catering and telecommunications services for the departments and satellite offices of the Archdiocese.
Telecommunications
Maintain and facilitate an efficient and functioning telephone system by troubleshooting technical issues and keeping up to date for the Catholic Pastoral Centre.
Printing & Photocopying
Provide printing and photocopying services of booklets, brochures, documents, high volume projects and other printing requirements of the Chancery and pastoral offices.
Mailing Services
Receive and deliver incoming mail and shipments to the departments and agencies within the Catholic Pastoral Centre. Coordinate and arrange for outgoing mail and shipment pick-ups.
Security
Ensure secure premises of the Archdiocese for employees and guests via screening and monitoring, providing access to building and responding appropriately to emergencies.
Maintenance Services
Ensure properly operating and safe working environment by maintaining building facilities and infrastructure of the Catholic Pastoral Centre.
