A VIRTUAL EVENT RECOMMENDED BY THE OFFICE FOR PROMOTING CHRISTIAN UNITY AND RELIGIOUS RELATIONS WITH JUDAISM

This event, sponsored by the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement, Catholic Theological Union and the Association of Theological Schools, honors Fr. Paul Wattson’s legacy of ecumenical and interreligious dialogue.

This year’s speaker, Rev. Dr. Casely Essamuah, Secretary of the Global Christian Forum (GCF), is a distinguished leader in fostering connections across diverse Christian traditions. The GCF brings together key organizations, including the World Council of Churches, World Evangelical Alliance, Pentecostal World Fellowship and the Roman Catholic Church through the Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity. Dr. Essamuah’s rich experience in missions and dedication to building bridges between the Global South and North make him an important voice for unity in the Christian community.
