Catechesis Track
To Echo the Faith
Dr. Anne Jamieson
We will look at the key documents of the Church from Pope Paul VI to Pope Francis that help us see the Church's ongoing concern and interest in a credible witness to faith and a ministry of catechesis that echoes what we have heard from the Lord. In addition, we will look at how we can improve our witness in the context of our own catechetical ministry and consider practical ways to meet the challenges we inevitably face. This track is open to catechists in all areas, including sacramental preparation for children and youth, RCIA, marriage preparation, and adult faith formation.

Participants will consider an integrated vision of youth ministry, family ministry and intergenerational opportunities in parish life as well as actionable methods and support.
