Join St. Mary's Refuge for a Survivor Wellness Retreat this fall. These retreats offer educational classes, therapeutic sessions, personal care, and a safe & supportive community for women living in Ontario, 18 years of age and older, who have been trafficked including sex trafficking and forced labour. The Retreat is ideal for survivors who want to FLOURISH and have already done hard work to heal. It is for those who need a little boost in their healing, who want to develop supportive relationships with other survivors and mentors, and who are willing to work a little and love a lot. It is a combination of letting go, having fun and laughing, working hard on your inner self and being willing to work through your triggers. All accommodations are provided for free of charge.
