IN PERSON EVENT RECOMMENDED BY THE OFFICE FOR PROMOTING CHRISTIAN UNITY AND RELIGIOUS RELATIONS WITH JUDAISM

This event invites us to explore and reflect on the social teaching of the early Church. Participate for an insight into mission from an Eastern Christian perspective. Particular attention will be given to the teachings of St. Basil the Great and their significance for discipleship today, especially as we address social issues ecumenically. This session is part of the “Bridges” series hosted by St. John the Compassionate that for many years has served the needs of the poor in Toronto.
