AN IN-PERSON EVENT SPONSORED BY THE OFFICE FOR PROMOTING CHRISTIAN UNITY AND RELIGIOUS RELATIONS WITH JUDAISM
Through prayer and reflection, we will explore the theological significance of creation and its role in God's divine plan. Join the Worship and Music circle at Northlea United Church for an interactive, self-guided, outdoor event consisting of several “stations,” inviting the attendees to contemplate on the theme. This gathering will be held in “The Pines”—a pine forest area which is a part of the Northlea United Church properly. In the case of inclement weather, it will be hosted in the sanctuary.
This event is part of a year-long series of monthly ecumenical gatherings commemorating the 1,700th anniversary of the First Ecumenical Council of Nicaea. Join us for an opportunity to reflect on the Nicene Creed and its enduring legacy in shaping Christian Unity and ecclesial life today.
During this Holy Year of Jubilee, join as a pilgrim of hope to grow in understanding and foster dialogue between our Christian brothers and sisters.
