As the Archdiocese of Toronto's, Office for Refugees, we proudly serves as a Trusted Partner of Immigration Canada, facilitating the Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot (EMPP). Our mission is to help Canadian employers address their skilled labour shortage by connecting them with qualified talent eager to contribute to their workforce. Together, we can help meet the labour needs of employers while providing displaced people a chance to rebuild their careers and lives.

What We Do

Connecting Employers with Skilled Refugees
After consulting with employers to understand their hiring needs, ORAT connects eligible candidates with companies seeking their skills, providing employers with access to valuable talent.

Finalizing Application
After the employer selects a candidate, ORAT collaborates with stakeholders to complete and submit the Application to Immigration Canada, who have committed to expedited processing.
